Windmill House: Reinventing the Center Entrance Colonial

I’m excited to share progress on one of our most transformative residential projects: Windmill House. It’s a bold rethinking of the classic New England center entrance colonial — a housing type that’s part of the DNA of this region with its symmetry, traditional details, and timeless curb appeal.
Minot Beach House – A Coastal Victorian, Reimagined

Just steps from the water in Scituate’s Minot Beach neighborhood, this century-old Victorian had plenty of charm — and plenty of challenges. It was dark, chopped up, and showing its age. The family loved the character of the home but needed it to reflect how they actually live today.
At ArnoldAnd, we reimagined the house from the inside out — keeping its historic spirit intact while giving it more space to breathe. The result is a transformation that celebrates natural light, flow, and connection — both to the outdoors and to each other.
