ZBA Approval Secured: Beech Street Townhomes Move One Step Closer to Reality
We’re thrilled to share that ArnoldAnd has officially received Zoning Board of Appeal (ZBA) approval for our latest residential project on Beech Street—three thoughtfully designed townhouses nestled in the heart of the neighborhood.
This milestone reflects a core belief at ArnoldAnd: design should lead development. Beech Street is a case study in that philosophy. From day one, the project was rooted in architectural sensitivity and purpose, not just profit. The homes are carefully scaled to reflect the character of the existing neighborhood, ensuring that our presence contributes to the community rather than disrupts it.

Achieving zoning approval is never a straight line—it takes persistence, collaboration, and a deep understanding of local context. But that’s what sets the architect-as-developer model apart: we stay close to the details and push forward with intention at every step.
This project is about more than housing. It’s about showing that development can be additive, responsive, and even restorative. With zoning behind us, we’re one step closer to bringing this vision to life.
🛠️ Next up: construction. Stay tuned.
